2. Applicability

2.1 These conditions are applicable to any offer by Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren and to any agreement made between Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren and the consumer.

3. The collection

3.1 Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren sells a collection of old and antique chandeliers, mirrors, decorative items, small furniture. The chandeliers, mirrors or other items are second- hand and consequently they can show wear and tear. Our website provides a full description of the items on offer. The description is sufficiently detailed for a good consumer assessment of our products. Our images are true representations of the items on offer. Apparent errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding to Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren.

4. The agreement

4.1 The agreement is made when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the included requirements. Should the consumer have accepted the offer electronically, Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren will electronically confirm the receipt of the offer as soon as possible.

5. The price

5.1 The prices mentioned in the offer of the chandeliers and mirrors are inclusive of VAT, according to the margin scheme, but exclude shipping- or delivery costs. 
5.2 In case of apparent pricing errors, for instance in the case of typing errors, Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren reserves the right to amend the price. Should this be the case, we will contact you immediately to find a suitable solution in mutual consent. 
5.3 Changes in price are a possibility. These changes do not affect existing orders, unless the pricing is incorrect; see article 5.2.

6. Payment

6.1 After you have placed an order with Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren, the ordered product will be reserved for you.
6.2 As confirmation of your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, listing the costs. You will need to pay the costs immediately if it concerns a personal delivery or dispatch of the product. 
6.3 If your payment is not transferred to the Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren account within one week, the product will be available for general sale again. 
6.4 You will need to supply the order number with all payments. The order number is on the e-mail confirmation you receive from us. 

7. Delivery

7.1 We will take the utmost care in receiving and processing the orders of our products. 
7.2 Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren will dispatch or personally deliver your ordered product after your payment is transferred to the Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren’s account. 
7.3 Accepted orders will be processed as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest, unless a longer term of delivery was agreed. 
7.4 Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery through fault of Postal Services. 
7.5 The place of delivery is the address the consumer has provided to Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren.
7.6 Should the consumer have provided any wrong address details, possibly leading to the loss of the dispatched products, Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren will not be held responsible.

8. Returns and exchanges

8.1 Kroonluchter Galerie Anna van Elteren’s old and antique chandeliers and other items from the collection cannot be returned, unless agreed otherwise with the consumer, in writing.
8.2 In consultation, the product might be exchanged.
