Gilt bronze French chandelier in Louis XV style

A fantastic 9 light French chandelier in the style of Louis XV.
The chandelier has nine candle arms and three 'cage' arms. 
On the 'cage' arms there are crystal poignards.
In the centre is an extra poignard.
The chandelier is richly festooned with clear and light amethyst-coloured cut crystal pendants, stars and flower rosettes. 
The crown is a star with six scrolled arms decorated with crystal pendants and flower rosettes. 
Below the chandelier is a cut ball.
France, Paris, 19th century. 

If desired, the chandelier can be converted to candle-chandelier.

The chandelier is perfectly restored: professionally cleaned; the electrical wiring and fittings are replaced.
