A 20th century French silvered crystal chandelier with 21 light

A wonderful early 20th century French silvered chandelier with 21 light: 12 light around the chandelier, 6 light in the centre and 3 in the crown down-facing light fittings.
Lustre cage; the chandelier has 12 scrolled arms and 3 main arms. On the main arms there are poignards. 
The central stem is covered with five decorative vases. Between the vases are three arms. On these arms there are also poignards. 
The crown is a star with 3 light fittings and 12 arms festooned with crystal pendants and flower rozettes.
The chandelier is richly hung with cut crystal pendants and flower rozettes.

The chandelier is perfectly restored: professionally cleaned; the electrical wiring and fittings are replaced.
